MIA’S MISSION
THE STORY OF OUR SWEET ANGEL MIA
WHAT IS MIA’S MISSION?
Our mission—to donate cuddle cots to hospitals in our daughter’s name. To give families the longest amount of time with their angel babies. A mission to break the silence around pregnancy and infant loss.
Hello! My name is Ashley and my husband’s name is John. We have four beautiful children, one being our angel girl, Mia. On March 17, 2022, we lost Mia when we were 36 weeks pregnant during an emergency C-section. We found out after having her stillborn that we suffered from a placental abruption. I’ve started Mia’s Mission so that I can tell our story and break the silence of pregnancy and infant loss. Mia’s Mission is dedicated to making a difference in the pregnancy and infant loss community as well as raising money to help hospitals have access to a Cuddle Cot and allow the families to spend more time with their babies born sleeping.
